EmployBridge is dedicated to ensuring U.S. employers of manufacturing, logistics, transportation, contact center, and administrative talent have the workers they need now and in the future. Through our Better WorkLife initiative, we foster this essential talent pool with learning programs that improve skills and result in greater on-the-job productivity, competence and satisfaction.

Skills-based job training: Better worklife academy

The Better WorkLife Academy is a suite of free, online courses where associates can gain or improve their on-the-job skills. These courses are available to all eligible EmployBridge associates who have completed 80 hours of work. From technical and machine operations to computer skills and English as a second language, the courses in the Better WorkLife Academy are powered by learning leader Penn Foster and were selected based on the skills our clients need most from their temporary workforce.

We’re on track to upskill tens of thousands of workers each year, helping our customers secure the skills they need to operate successfully. Plus, early results show that temporary associates who engage in skills training stay on assignments longer, helping to reduce turnover.

Life skills development: Life Skills Studio

EmployBridge knows that the most productive and satisfied workers are those who are confident in their skills and competent in managing their lives. Through our Life Skills Studio, we offer free, online personal development classes in areas such as budgeting, health, stress management, relationship building, and communication. By giving all applicants and associates free and immediate access to classes that help them do better in life, we are also creating a talent pool of workers who are more focused and reliable on the job. By building a better work life for our associates, EmployBridge is building a better workforce for businesses nationwide.

High school diploma program

A high school diploma opens doors for workers and is an important hiring foundation for many employers and workplaces. Through our industry-leading learning partner, Penn Foster, EmployBridge offers all applicants and associates an affordable, online pathway to high school graduation.
